Q & A
You are now self-sufficient in the practice of Vedic meditation.
You also have a life time of free support and guidance in the practise of the technique with John, and access to group meditations with any accredited Vedic meditation teachers worldwide .
Over the years I’ve toyed with various meditations, mostly guided, but never thought I could still my mind enough to ‘go it alone’. Vedic Meditation would have to be one of the easiest meditation techniques to learn and commit to.
John is a teacher with great patience and experience to answer any question, and listens without judgment. Having a life long teacher to guide would have to be one of the best tools VM can offer, and I am pleased John will be with me along this journey.

Why Meditate
Vedic Meditation is an ancient, simple, and natural meditation practice that requires very little effort and no concentration.
It's so easy that absolutely anyone can do it. The meditator experiences inner wakefulness beyond thought while resting deeply.
This profound rest allows deep-rooted stresses to dissolve naturally, bringing innumerable health benefits to the individual such as….
- Raised consciousness
- Expanded capacity
- Greater stability and adaptability
- Less friction, more flow
Everyone wants to be happier, healthier, better rested, more energized, more creative. Meditation helps. The mind is always in search of greater happiness. It always has the happiness radar up and moves effortlessly towards it. You're reading a good book but then suddenly you hear your favorite song come on the radio in the other room. Your mind will drift to the other room without any effort. This is how it works and the mantra is charming enough to pull our mind inwards and into deeper layers of thinking without any effort. As we go deeper, we approach our source, Being, and we come up replenished, fulfilled, and ready to go.
