Learn the practice of rounding

Rounding is an advanced practice that is designed to deepen your meditation experience. It creates deep rest for the whole system so you can release deeper stress and fatigue stored in the body. It is a sequence of gentle asana (yoga positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to drop you into profound rest and relaxation, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy.

Once you learn how to round you can do it at home as part of your regular meditation routine.

Rounding is highly recommended for Vedic Meditators wishing to take their meditation experience to the next level.
